Technology Client

Event: Two Kick Off Events running back to back
Venue: Celtic Manor Hotel, Newport
Number of delegates: 750/500

Ball Associates were responsible for the delivery of the entire programme strategy, for these two sales kick off meetings. This included; sourcing the venue, all of the onsite logistics and management to include; travel, accommodation, registration, badging and on-site management of the venue; provision of the entertainment and theming of the Gala Dinners as well as sourcing and contracting the team building activities for both groups.

Banking Client

Event: Three Day Conference
Venue: The Landmark Hotel, London
Number of delegates:800

Ball Associates were responsible for the management of the registration process at this event to include; set up and delivery of the registration area, design and supply security coded badges, scanning of all delegates into and out of each business session, full on site and post event analysis of the delegates' movements and the meeting sessions attended.

Reinsurance Client

Event: Launch Event at an International Conference
Venue: The Hotel de Paris, Monte Carlo
Number of delegates: 800

Ball Associates were responsible for the creation and development of the theming for this key event. Delivery of design, production and logistics, in addition to the on site management of the entire event, reporting directly to the client's Executive Management Board. Full venue management including additional meeting requirements, all catering management and breakdown, delegate management, transportation and logistics for three different venues.

Telecommunications Client

Event: Launch of a new Entertainments Venue
Venue: The O2, London
Number of delegates: 17,000

Ball Associates were responsible for managing the registration, travel and accommodation requirements for this event. Invited guests were travelling by air, road and rail to attend this fantastic event and required a mixture of group and individual travel. Accomodation in and around London was supplied for those travelling from further afield and was matched with the most appropriate form of transport. Full joining instructions were created and delivered to each guest. On-site management included the manning of a 24 hour helpline as well as running the Box Office.

Fund Raising Dinner

Event: Black Tie Fund Raising Dinner
Venue: Leadenhall Market, London
Number of guests: 600

Ball Associates were responsible for the creation and development of the event to transform Leadenhall Market into a spectacular venue for this Fundraising Dinner Dance. The evening consisted of pre-dinner drinks followed by a seated meal with auctions and entertainment running throughout. We managed to raise just under £100,000 for the Charities associated to the event. A great success for all our committee and all our sponsors. 

Production Client

Event: Annual Awards Lunch
Venue: Alexandra Palace, London
Number of delegates: 1,000

Ball Associates were responsible for running the on site front of house and badging for this annual event. Guests arrived for pre-luncheon drinks which were followed by an awards lunch. Staff were on hand to assist guests throughout the event and post event analysis was provided on guest attendance and overall feedback on the event.

IT Client

Event: Annual Sales Meeting
Venue: Congress Centre, Barcelona
Number of delegates: 600

Ball Associates were responsible for the website registration and collection of event fees for this global conference. Delegates were split between four hotels in the local area and every evening an offsite dinner took place. During the event we managed the on-site registration and delegate management which included handing out delegate packs ad badges and the continuation of collection of fees. Full reconciliation and invoicing was provided including post event analysis.
