DEBBIE BALL: Debbie is the founding Director of Ball Associates. With over 18 years practical experience managing all areas in the event industry. Debbie is a very dedicated professional who will drive any project to meet the most demanding specification. Her event experience ranges from high profile incentives to congresses and exhibitions for over 3000 people. Debbie has worked on events all over the world and extensively throughout the UK.

JULIE WILLIAMS: Julie Williams is also a Director of Ball Associates Ltd and has a lead role in managing our key accounts and monitoring the service they receive on every enquiry. Julie manages the team on a day-to-day basis to ensure that every aspect of your event is delivered to the highest standards. Julie has over 15 years experience in the conference and meeting arena.

DEE PHELAN: Dee is an Account Manager and works with many of our key accounts; venue finding and managing their events from start to finish. Dee has been in the industry for over 20 years and has worked on site on all types of event. Dee also has extensive programme creation and management expertise, as do the whole team.

NIGEL RUFFELL: Nigel Ruffell is an Account Manager with over 7 years practical venue finding and event management experience. His focus on customer service and attention to detail are excellent ensuring unqualified customer satisfaction on every event he works on.

RITA COTTRELL: Rita has joined the team at Ball Associates from Hill & Knowlton as an Events Executive, supporting our clients and our internal team on all aspects of event management. Rita is a particularly experienced administrator and works extensively with our clients on their database management. She is a tremendous asset to any team providing invaluable support throughout the event process
